- What’s covered: 2 years accidental damage protection (1 time claim valid from purchase date) covers your device against drops, spills and cracked screens + 1 year extended warranty (unlimited extended warranty claims valid starting 12 months from the purchase date or after the expiry of the brand manufacturer's issued warranty) covers against unlimited cases of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturer defects. Plans are valid on products purchased from Amazon.eg in the last 30 days.
- Delivery: E-mail delivery of policy documents will be sent to your Amazon.eg registered email address within 72 hours of purchase. Cancel at any time; full refund within 30 days if no claim has been made, proportional thereafter less claim costs.
- Claim fulfillment : All claims are managed by our selected network of service centers, with Egypt-wide coverage and free pickup and delivery service. An EGP 200 deductible fee will apply at the time of claim (only on Accidental Damage Protection Claims).
- Replacements: If your product cannot be repaired, you will be eligible for a replacement. If the item is no longer available, an Amazon Gift Card will be provided, after applying the depreciation scale. Your policy ends after we replace or send a gift card.
- Inquiry/Claims: You can raise a claim or inquire about refunds by contacting us at claims@amnly.com and sharing your order ID, and we will take care of the rest.
